Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill says he's yet to lose his rag with the players.
O'Neill took charge of Sunderland in December.
"I genuinely don't know if the players have seen me angry yet. Steve Walford says I've mellowed a great deal over the years and I hope he's not right. It's pretty pointless to do the job if you're mellowing," he said.
"You get upset about results and that will never change throughout your career. The game's changed so you have to make adjustments, mainly in terms of how you deal with players, but you deal with defeat in the same manner."
