Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill doesn't begrudge West Bromwich Albion counting on Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku this season.
O'Neill has no complaints about the loan system which enables Albion to bring in someone of Lukaku's quality.
He said: "The loan system is there. We've got a player on loan from Tottenham (Danny Rose).
"It has been there a long time and, if Chelsea choose to let him go and West Brom have the advantage of that, that's their good fortune."
