Sunderland boss David Moyes has questioned the professionalism of his players following the 2-0 home defeat to Swansea on Saturday.
MOTD pundit and Newcastle legend Alan Shearer branded the Black Cats as "pathetic" and "lazy" and Moyes agrees with his assessment.
Moyes says some of his players have already started looking for the next move and they are using injuries as excuse from being involved in the run-in.
"In many ways he (Shearer) was right," Moyes said. "I was incredibly disappointed with the performance.
"A lot of them probably believe they have futures elsewhere but I think you have to perform on the pitch to do that.
"They think they have something better to go to but people who have been watching might say 'no, you've not'.
"It was hard coming into work on Sunday morning because I was massively disappointed with the Swansea performance."
