Sunderland boss Roy Keane has emerged as a target for flamboyant Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini.
The Palermo supremo is a big fan of Keane and believes, in tandem with his sports director Rino Foschi, the Irishman can bring the stability he is craving. Zamparini is convinced Keane's presence would go a long way from ending Palermo's reputation as a selling club and his demanding approach would get the best out of an underperforming squad.
Along with Keane, Zamparini also is considering his former Manchester United teammate Paul Ince, who has Italian experience with Inter Milan and has impressed in charge of MK Dons over the last 18 months.
