Sunderland boss Roy Keane hopes Trinidad & Tobago are careful with veteran midfielder Dwight Yorke.
"It is out of our hands, but we hope Dwight and the manager over there will use some common sense," he told the club's official website.
"You've got to trust the player not to take any silly risks. Hopefully he will come back in good shape, ready to challenge for a place at Fulham.
"Yorkie is as good as anyone at the club in that sitting role, but he's not been 100 percent fit.
"He missed three weeks after the bad knock in Portugal and the team had done reasonably well, so he struggled to get back in.
"It was a bit of a risk throwing him in against Arsenal but we felt he would get through it."
