Sunderland boss Paolo di Canio was delighted with his attacking players after their derby win at Newcastle United.

Adam Johnson and Stephane Sessegnon both struck in the 3-0 win.

"There were three fantastic goals," Di Canio told safc.com. "Adam Johnson took his very well and he caused problems today as did Stephane Sessegnon.

"We know they are capable of that and they showed what they can do today with their goals."
