Sunderland boss Steve Bruce could only manage a few words for Blackpool hero DJ Campbell after yesterday's defeat.

Bruce's former Birmingham City striker struck both goals in the Seasiders' 2-0 win.

The Sunderland manager could only say: "I signed him for £400,000.

"He looked a good player."
