Sunderland boss Steve Bruce is fed-up with the attitude of young players.
Bruce has warned today's young footballers are 'mollycoddled' and over-protected.
He is concerned about the type of players the modern day academies are manufacturing and said: "There is a danger they are too mollycoddled, even here.
"Anyone coming here as a 10-year-old can put Sunderland strips on and play on a wonderful surface in lovely surroundings and get changed in dressing rooms with heated floors.
"In my day it was a cold shower, concrete bloody floors and changing in the car occasionally. It doesn't necessarily make them better players."
