Sunderland attacker Jordan Cook is delighted with his form on-loan at Carlisle United.
The striker, 22, has now called on Carlisle boss Greg Abbott to bring him permanently to Brunton Park this summer.
He said: "Carlisle are a great club and if the opportunity comes to stay for another year on loan or even signing for them, I'd have no hesitation.
"I have a lot of respect for the manager and I know the lads very well. The whole reason I wanted to sign on loan was to play and help push for promotion.
"Obviously getting a few goals in the last game has really helped my confidence as well and has hopefully shown the gaffer at Carlisle that he can trust me and I will produce those goals."
