Sunderland have struck terms with Panathinaikos for winger Charis Mavrias.
The Daily Mail says Mavrias is on his way to Sunderland for talks and a medical.
Sunderland have agreed a £2.5million fee for the Panathinaikos midfielder.
Mavrias joined the Panathinaikos academy as a 12-year-old, making his first team debut in a Champions League game against Rubin Kazan - making him the second youngest debutant behind former Chelsea starlet Celestine Babayaro.
