David Sullivan is set to take charge of transfers at West Ham United.
The Mirror says new co-owner Sullivan is willing to make around £15million available for new players this month to keep the struggling Hammers up.
West Ham's sporting and technical director Gianluca Nani, who previously worked on transfer targets, is set to be relieved of his duties.
Sullivan is taking control and wants to buy a new right-back, a wide-right midfielder and a striker to bolster Gianfranco Zola's team.
