Sullivan remains committed to West Ham takeover

David Sullivan remains committed to buying out West Ham United.

The Mirror says Sullivan remains in the race to buy West Ham - despite shock interest in the club from Italian Massimo Cellino.

And Sullivan and fellow former Birmingham owners David and Ralph Gold are still hopeful of getting the Premier League strugglers.

Cellino, president of Gianfranco Zola's old club Cagliari, is yet to do any due diligence at Upton Park.

And Sullivan believes the Italian will pull out when he goes through the books and sees the scale of West Ham's massive £100million debts.
