West Ham United co-owner David Sullivan is ready to splash out again in the transfer market in January.
Sullivan and his co-owner David Gold have put in an additional £25m to help bring the likes of England forward Andy Carroll and record signing Matt Jarvis to Upton Park.
He said: "We feel we have spent our money wisely and have assembled a squad that will perform well over the season. We will look to fine-tune it in January before further investments next summer.
"This year we have agreed to put in up to another £25m, mainly to pay down more inherited debt, but also to fund the purchase and wages of the players we signed.
"Sadly our money does not come out of the ground as we are not oil billionaires. Instead we are using our life savings - money we have worked hard for and money that we have paid full UK tax on throughout our lifetimes."
