West Ham United co-chairman David Sullivan addressed the players before training yesterday.
The London Evening Standard says Sullivan addressed the club's first-team players at the their Chadwell Heath training ground.
Sullivan apparently asked beleaguered manager Gianfranco Zola if he could sit in on a team meeting before watching the first part of training.
The multi-millionaire businessman has given his support to Zola ahead of Saturday's crucial match against Stoke.
