Luis Suarez has tipped off Liverpool about Penarol superkid Kevin Mendez. The Mirror says Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan and the Anfield giants all scouted the forward, who currently on the books of Uruguayan heavyweights Penarol, in last summer's Under-17s World Cup.
Mendez could be available for £3million.
