Luis Suarez is baulking at opening new contract talks with Liverpool.
The striker is happy to play out the season at Anfield, but signing a new deal is another matter altogether.
The Mail on Sunday says Liverpool - after Gareth Bale's £86million move to Real Madrid last summer - reckon Suarez is now worth £100m. A new deal would push Suarez's wages over the £200,000 a week 'platinum player' threshold but the club would also want to insert a buy-out close to a new world record figure.
He has two-and-a-half years left on his current 100,000-a-week deal.
