Luis Suarez has decided to leave Liverpool after the World Cup. The Sunday Times says Suarez has made the decision to quit England for the Spanish Liga - where he is wanted by Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Suarez has held onto a grudge against Reds boss Brendan Rodgers, when the manager claimed during his early season suspension that his team could do without the Uruguayan. There is also lingering bitterness over the board's decision to reject requests for certain clauses in his new deal signed last season.
His contract carries an €80 million buyout clause for Real and Barca, though Sport says the Blaugrana have been in contact with Suarez's agent, Pere Guardiola, about the prospect of convincing Liverpool to sell for a lower fee.
