Stuttgart striker Pavel Pogrebnyak has welcomed rumours linking him with Manchester United.
The Russia international, who has been a long-term target for Tottenham, is being linked with a cut-price move to Old Trafford.
"Generally I like the English Premier League and Manchester United," Pogrebnyak told Eurosport. "I've always cheered for them.
"In my opinion, it's the strongest club in England and one of the best in Europe in general.
"The Bundesliga is definitely one of the strongest leagues in the world. I would rank it second after the Premier League."
