Stuttgart’s Pogrebnyak undergoing Fulham medical

VfB Stuttgart striker Pavel Pogrebnyak is believed to be having a medical at Fulham.

Sky Sports suggests that the Russian international is close to sealing a move to Craven Cottage prior to Tuesday’s winter transfer deadline.

Pogrebnyak, who comes out of contract in the summer, was linked with West Bromwich Albion yesterday but it now appears he could become a Fulham player if he passes a series of medical tests.
