VfB Stuttgart striker Pavel Pogrebnyak is set to join Fulham after passing a medical today.
The Russian international will join the Cottagers on loan until the end of the season once he obtains a work permit.
Pogrebnyak is out of contract at Stuttgart in the summer indicating that Fulham could sign him permanently at the end of the season but for now it is likely to be a loan.
The former Zenit St Petersburg ace will be used as a replacement for Bobby Zamora who is reportedly close to joining West London rivals QPR.
