VfB Stuttgart have joined the Bosman battle for Real Madrid defender Christoph Metzelder.
The Germany international will leave Real in June when his contract expires.
Sport says Stuttgart have joined Werder Bremen, Panathinaikos and Arsenal in registering their interest with Metzelder's minders. But as yet, no concrete offer has been tabled.
