Stuttgart chief Horst Heldt admits they could cash in on Mario Gomez this summer.

Manchester City and Arsenal are among clubs following the Germany striker and Heldt said: "Mario is one of the best strikers in Europe.

"We hope that he plays with us for a long time."

But he added: "Eventually, we have to refinance our operations in the football league."
