Sturridge urges Chelsea youngsters to make most of FA Youth Cup experience
Chelsea striker Danny Sturridge is urging his young teammates to make the most of their FA Youth Cup experience.
Chelsea are in the middle of a semifinal against Blackburn Rovers and will host the second-leg at Stamford Bridge leading the tie 1-0.
Sturridge had great times in the Cup with Manchester City and he told chelseafc.com: "I'd already played for the first team at City but it was still a buzz to be in such a big stadium with a big crowd, even though I wasn't too popular that night because I scored the City goal.
"Playing in the Youth Cup in front of a big crowd was a great feeling. I remember the game at Stamford Bridge, I was playing for City obviously but the atmosphere that night was amazing; there were a lot of people there.
"It is a great tournament, it really opens your eyes as a kid and even though I missed the second leg of the Final I still have my winners' medal at home, it's all great memories."

the kids are better than senior squad.
It was a joy to watch Dermot Drummy's lads in action last week, especially in the first half when they should have scored several to be honest. I hope we try and avoid punch-ups. It would cost these kids a place in the final if we can get there and last week's Blackburn bash was a little bit naughty!
Gokan Toure is brilliant though however he should be kept down the left. He reminds me of a young Clive Walker.... and we all know how good he turned out be (and still is if you follow Chelsea Vets).
I hope the fans fill the ground and I hope that they are not charging an entry fee for this!!
These kids are possibly our future so let us get behind them.
