Former Manchester United boss David Moyes is a shock target for David Beckham and his new MLS Miami franchise. The Sunday Express says people acting for Beckham have made contact with Moyes who has a holiday home in Florida.
Beckham's Miami club won't enter the expanded MLS until 2017 and are currently involved in negotiations over building a new ground in the city.
But Beckham would like a manager along with coaching and administration staff in place as soon as possible as they look to hit the ground running in the spring of 2017.
The salary that Moyes would command won't be a problem for Beckham who is prepared to invest heavily, determined that Miami will quickly be a club capable of winning the MLS championship.
He also knows that Moyes loves Florida, being a regular visitor to Naples just 90minutes away on Florida's Gulf Coast.
