Alan Stubbs has hailed his Everton defensive partner Joleon Lescott.

"Joleon was fantastic," Stubbs told evertonTV of the England defender's performance against Liverpool on Saturday.

"I certainly wouldn't have been able to do some of the tricks he did today in my prime. He is a pleasure to play alongside."
