Former Celtic and Everton defender Alan Stubbs has confirmed his interest in the vacant managerial position at Motherwell. Stubbs has been coaching the Everton reserves and is looking to move into management.
He told the Scottish Sun: "There's been a bit of talk about the Motherwell job and management is definitely something I want to get into.
"When that will be, I don't know, but it's something I always said I would do and has always interested me.
"I would never rule the Motherwell job out because I had a lot of good times in Scotland.
"I'm not saying I'm going to get the Motherwell job but I would never say never."
