Crawley Town have signed former Manchester United trainee John Cofie on a short-term contract. The 22-year-old striker, who did not make a senior appearance during his time with the Red Devils, has agreed a one-month deal at the League One club.

Ghana-born Cofie was released by United in the summer of 2013 and has subsequently spent time at Barnsley and Norwegian side Molde.
