Bolivian midfielder Alejandro Chumacero, who plays for La Paz-based club The Strongest, is keen on a move to Major League Soccer.
The 19-year old has reportedly been made an offer for a one-year loan to join MLS according to The Strongest vice-president Julio Burgos.
"They came with an offer from the American League, but have been asked to improve it or it will buy all the information about the player or 50 percent," a translation from facetasdeportivastv.com. "We are thinking particularly of the welfare of the player who receives a percentage of the transaction and start earning good money."
Chumacero has emerged as a real talent in the Bolivian top flight in the past two seasons, racking up over 50 appearances for The Strongest.
