Young French forward Nouha Dicko is on the verge of signing with Wigan Athletic says manager Roberto Martinez.
The 19-year old is a free agent after cash-strapped club RC Strasbourg had to release their players and is close to becoming part of the Latics squad for the upcoming Premier League season.
"Nouha has signed. We're just waiting on the paperwork from France," said Martinez.
"He's a really exciting talent. He's a young man, and we want to develop him and try to fulfil his potential, which is huge. Those are the signings that are going to take the club forward.
