Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni admits they're struggling for confidence.
The Nerazzurri have slipped to fifth in Serie A which places them four points adrift of their Champions League objective.
"I need to find the way to get this team's confidence back," he said. "That's something we're lacking at the moment.
"Not a lot of things are working for us right now. It is up to me to give security back to the players. It's my job to take stock of the negative moment we're in and get the team playing confidently again.
"A Coach must always keep a clear head. There's work to do but we're determined to lift ourselves out of this situation."
