Portsmouth executive chairman Peter Storrie has assured fans they're working hard in the summer market as the club undergoes a change of ownership.
He said: "We are not a club standing still, there is still plenty of work going on behind the scenes in the search for new players. The scouts have been looking for a long while and we have players lined up.
"It's about being proactive and our scouts have got a whole list of players they are working on, some very, very good players at that.
"It's about being proactive while we await the outcome of due diligence.
"Since I came here the scouting system is greatly improved. We have people across the world now keeping tabs on plenty of quality. We have a database containing every single player in Europe, every single player in the world.
"From that we have a lot of names we are following.
"They will not all come at once. I would have thought it will be around about when pre-season starts in a few weeks time.
"But I can assure fans we are being as productive as possible and continue to look at quality to bring to this football club."
