Stoke City striker Vincent Pericard has been re-arrested after his electronic tag fell off for a second time this week.

Pericard spent five weeks in jail after lying to the police over a speeding offence.

The Frenchman was in custody near his Manchester home yesterday as police investigated how the tag came loose.
