Stoke City midfielder Seyi Olofinjana admits he's trying to be nastier in games.
Olofinjana said: "I did have a big problem with (Wolves manager) Mick McCarthy. He said I should lead by example because I am a big, strong player.
"He was never happy because when I tackled someone I tried to pick them up. He wanted me to leave them to bleed a little bit!
"At the time I was not convinced but I have listened to his words and those of my new manager Tony Pulis.
"They are quite similar in a way. They are both straight-talking and I've taken their words on board. Now I've got tougher. When I go across the white line I am different."
