Celtic boss Neil Lennon dropped Anthony Stokes from the squad for Sunday's vital Scottish Premier League clash with Motherwell.
Stokes did not feature bat all as the Hoops won 4-0 at Celtic Park - the day they lost the title to Rangers who needed to win at Kilmarnock (which they did 5-1).
The pair were involved in a bust-up at a hotel after Stokes broke club rules on the eve of the 'Well fixture and subsequently left him out of the matchday squad.
This is not the first time Stokes and Lennon have clashed this after the striker was an unused sub for the League Cup loss to Rangers in March and hardly featured in the seven Old Firm derbies this term.
Stokes is now in danger of missing Saturday's Scottish Cup final with Motherwell at Hampden Park as the Hoops go down the self-destruct path after failing to win the SPL title.
