Celtic's Anthony Stokes insists he does not want to leave the club despite being left out of Sunday's Scottish League Cup final.
Reports suggest that Stokes' father John called SunSport to tell him he wanted a transfer from Celtic Park after Neil Lennon left him out of the line-up but the 22-year old Republic of Ireland international posted on his Twitter page that he was certainly not leaving.
"Don't know where this story has come from, but not exactly the first thing you want to see in the morning," he posted.
"Simple as this... going nowhere!!"
Stokes has been in top form this season with 17 goals in 27 appearances since joining from Hibernian and apparently has no intention of quitting despite missing the final.
