Stoke City youngster Joel Taylor is keen on a loan move away.

The 20 year-old left back has long been impressing for the under-23s, but he fancies a taste of the real high life - first-team football.

"My plan this season is to play for the first team," says Taylor to The Sentinel, "but if that is not possible I would be open to a loan move.

"The experience alone would give me a lot of help with my progression, but ultimately I want to try and prove I am good enough to play with the first team on a regular basis."
