Stoke winger Kightly delighted to be reunited with Burnley boss Dyche

Stoke City winger Michael Kightly is delighted with his loan move to Burnley.

Kightly played under Clarets boss Sean Dyche while on loan at Watford from Wolves two seasons ago.

"Playing under the gaffer from my time at Watford I know how he likes to work, I think his training is very good, I like the way he likes to play - the intensity that he likes to work at, along with Woany (Ian Woan) and Tony (Loughlin) the staff he had at Watford," said Kightly.

"I know what I'm getting from them, and his man-management more importantly is probably the best I've played under.

"I've played under a few managers who've had different styles. I like the way this manager works."
