Stoke City winger Michael Kightly is set to complete his move to Burnley.

The Sentinel says Kightly will imminently complete a £1.5m switch to Burnley after returning from honeymoon.

The winger ends a two-year stay at Stoke City, including one season spent on loan with the Clarets and helping them win promotion to the Premier League.

He has a year left on his contract at the Britannia Stadium, having joined for £3m from Wolves, but has fallen down the pecking order under Mark Hughes.
