Stoke boss Tony Pulis, whilst keen on signing loanee Jermaine Pennant, will only do so if the financial cost is within the Potters criteria. Pennant has impressed since he arrived from Spanish outfit Real Zaragoza and whilst the former Liverpool man wants to make the move permanent, the two club's cannot agree on a transfer price.
Pulis told Sky Sports News: "The deal has to be within the structure of this football club. If it's not then we'll move on.
"We want to sign him. He's done brilliantly and he's a good lad, but if we can't afford the deal we'll move on."
