Half the Premier League are chasing Greece international attacker Dimitris Saplingidis.
The Daily Star says at least five English clubs are eager to lure Saplingidis to the Premier League for the new season.
Stoke City, Wigan Athletic, Norwich City, West Ham United and Reading are all chasing the 30 year-old PAOK forward.
