Stoke City veteran Andy Wilkinson was happy to see their new signings on the training pitch last week.
Wilkinson has been suitably impressed by Stoke's confirmed newcomers after enjoying his first close-up glimpse of Phil Bardsley, Steve Sidwell, pictured, and Mame Diouf at the start of pre-season training over the past few days.
"It was good to see them on the training ground for the first time and I've got to say they were all looking sharp," Wilkinson told The Sentinel.
"Mame seems to be quick and will give us a different option up front with the speed he's got."
