Stoke City veteran Peter Crouch says he has no thoughts of retirement.
Crouch, who turns 37 in January, is under contract at Stoke City until the end of next season.
The former England international, who has six goals in 26 appearances this term, said: “I know I can still play in the Premier League for a number of years.
“The first thing to go as a player is pace, but it is fair to say I never had a great deal of that so my game has never revolved around it.
"I have other attributes and I don't think those other attributes are waning anytime soon. I am not going to lose what I bring to the table.
“I know I can play at this level for a number of years. The thought of not doing it every day does worry me, to be honest. It is that fear that has made me so hungry this season. When you become older you appreciate it more, you appreciate just how good what we do for a living is."
