Stoke City U17s have won the Generation Adidas Cup.

The Potters defeated Real Salt Lake thanks to a penalty shoot-out victory in Texas.

Goalkeeper Tommy Dyche was the hero as he saved two spot kicks to win the match and the tournament for the Potters after the final had finished 1-1.

Captain Lewis Banks lifted the trophy as Stoke became the first international team to win the competition, now in its seventh year.
