Aaron Hunt has declared he's leaving Werder Bremen.

The 27-year-old former teammate of Marko Arnautovic has been linked on and off with a move to Stoke City since Mark Hughes was appointed manager.

Werder manager Thomas Eichin said: "Aaron has informed us today that he will finally leave the club.

"That's a shame, but at least now we have clarity."
