The ex-England striker wants to manage the stars of tomorrow and pass on his experience.
Owen, 33, said: "There are two main things I want to do, both in football. I know what I am good at and I like to think I know what I'm talking about.
"I would like to do some TV work, maybe write blogs.
"The second would be to set up a management business that predominately looks after younger players and see them through their career from the start."
