Stoke City striker Maxim Choupo-Moting admits he's desperate to get back on the scoresheet.

Choupo-Moting believes he is adapting well to life as a central striker – but is still prepared to put team glory over any for himself.

“First of all, it's my job to do what I'm asked for the team," he said. “If the coach says I have to play somewhere then that's where I have to play.

“But I think I'm adapting well and I think I can play all those positions. I always try my best and it depends on the system and tactics of the coach.

“I'm happy to have scored again ... but at the end I prefer to win. If we can win and I can score it'll be a perfect game."
