Stoke City striker Dave Kitson says his success this season is down to him making serious changes upon his return from Reading.
After hitting the winner against Sunderland, Kitson said: "Luckily I've got off to a better start this season. I've been through a difficult time. This year I have decided to get my head down and live right."
Potters boss Tony Pulis also said: "There are players you need to cuddle at times and those you need to kick up the backside.
"Dave is definitely one that you need to cuddle.
"He came back this summer a lot better in his own mind as an individual. He was much more relaxed and has grown into the group."
