Stoke City striker Kenwyne Jones is desperate for a new first team chance.
Boss Tony Pulis has rejected loan moves for the Trinidad star, 28, this season.
But Jones said: "I have to be careful how I answer the question - all I can do is just keep doing what I am doing.
"I guess the manager knows what his plans are. Hopefully that'll warrant some sort of reward before the season ends.
"Every day I will keep working and grinding away to try and make myself and the team better."
