Stoke City striker Peter Crouch is looking forward to his return to Liverpool this weekend.

Crouch remains confident that City can further their promising start to the campaign with a positive result on Sunday.

"I will look forward to going back to Liverpool, I always do," he told Stoke's website. "I had some great times there and it's a Club that I will always have a fondness for.

"Like ourselves, they will probably feel their points tally doesn't reflect their performances so far this season, so we know it will be a tough game for us.

"Any game in this League is tough, and we have already done well against Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea, so we can go there with no fear and give it a go."
