Stoke City face a test of their resolve in keeping hold of Peter Crouch.

The Daily Star Sunday says Harry Redknapp officially became QPR boss yesterday and immediately launched a transfer raid for his former Spurs stars.

Crouch is high on Redknapp's shopping list for the January transfer window.
